"Everything else about the stay was great, and we really enjoyed the hotel overall. I only had two pieces of feedback:
A smaller point: there was no coffee machine in the room, which would have been a nice convenience.
A more significant issue: the bathtub drain was clogged and did not drain properly. I only realized this on the last day, and when I tried to clear it myself, a large amount of dirty hair came out of the drain. It was pretty unpleasant and made me question whether the tub had been cleaned or inspected thoroughly before our stay.
Other than that, the stay was very positive, but I wanted to flag these items so they can be addressed for future guests."
"This place was the perfect place for our daughter’s wedding in Central Park. The staff went above and beyond to help with any of our needs.
The rooms were immaculate. The bakery located on site is a true jewel.
This is the place to be on the upper west side!"
"The hotel was perfect. Close to Central Park, the Gerschwin Theater, and Times Square. Front desk staff is friendly. Nice bar and Starbucks inside. The gym has treadmills, free weights, and Peloton machines. Highly recommend."
"Location is fantastic. The vibe of lobby and bakery/bar was delicious. The room was dated, holes in wall from previous portrait or decor and duct tape around window AC unit. But the AC did in fact keep things cool. Was very OK."
