You then have to climb up 5 storeys to reach the front to enter the building to check in. All this while lugging your luggage! Also cleanliness or orderliness was not a priority. Wife found her pillow mouldy, mould was all over the hair dryer in the bathroom where tiles were cracked. To reach the room you go through an area where things appear...

After an awkward minute on the phone they hung up, but a few minutes later I finally got instructions on how to get inside. The staircase inside is very tight and carrying suitcases up is quite difficult. Once inside, the room is clean...
