I loved that we were just a stairwell away from the busy shopping area, yet it was a quiet location. The room was clean, the shower was big, and you could enjoy the ocean breeze from the deck.

Excellent, convenient location

Beautiful B&B and excellent service. Love how someone came to meet us at the bus stop to get our backpacks upon arrival and pick up the loaner umbrellas when departing. Good breakfast.

Little oasis in the middle of Juifen

Just steps from Juifen old street our room was a little oasis in the middle of everything. Great location and great service. We got lost trying to find the hotel (will blame our taxi driver in that) but the front desk lady was able To find us with just a call and take us directly to our “little apartment”

Thank you for the very best stay in Jiufen. We don't have Wi-Fi access, but the staff connects to the seven-eleven shop staff and we can easily check into the hostel. The most expressive point in this stay is the playground for children. My 5-year-old daughter had a great time.

The Japanese-speaking staff were very helpful from the time we arrived at the hotel until the time we left. They carried my suitcase on their motorbike which made it easy to get around. The shower was difficult to use for me..

Great place for families with littles

WE LOVED IT HERE. It's a GREAT place if you're a family traveling with littles. The room had lots of toys, a toddler toilet seat, a baby bath, etc. They really thought about the kids, which I absolutely loved! We stayed in the room that was decorated with animals and it was so cute! My son enjoyed playing with all the toys. Outside of the room there was a slide, a chalkboard and whiteboard and some cars kids can ride. I will say that the only downside is the trek up to it. It was very rainy and windy when we got there, so that wasn't very fun. Jiufen streets are VERY narrow so our driver dropped us off by the temple. The B&B staff came and took our stuff and brought it to the room via their scooter. Breakfast is included, we received half a sandwich, cucumbers and baby corn, sliced oranges and a slice of sweet potato along with a drink. The location is great, the stairs up with take you straight to all the shops, and if you take the flat path, it'll take you close to A-Mei Teahouse. It was trial and error for us, but we eventually figured it out. 10/10 recommend. Their staff is super friendly!

Unique stay with great hosts

The host was so wonderful, helpful and easy to communicate with. The room was unique and eclecticly decorated with easy access to old street. It was quiet and private. Breakfast was delicious with an incredible view! Bring a sleep eye mask if you are sensitive to light because there is a street light that shines in all the big, beautiful windows.
