It’s close to the river, city park, and downtown with a coffee shop, restaurants, distillery, local beer and fun shops. We walked everywhere. Very quiet neighborhood. There was a mix up with the cleaning crew so the house was not clean when we arrived. Once they were done it was great. There is a large window in the back that does not have blinds which takes away from your privacy. If you have pets there is a cute set up for them but the backyard is not...

"We had a lovely, relaxing time. The house was well stocked with everything needed, switches and cabinets were nicely labeled, and coffee was provided which was a nice touch. The owner was very responsive to my questions, and kindly accommodated my late checkout request. The home is at the back of a cove, great for sticking our feet in, but the park with open swimming was only 5 minues away. Lots of deer, and it was fun to watch them play. "It was a beautiful home. However, it is supposed to be on the lake, and there was no water within 1/2 a mile due to the extremely low lake levels (not their fault). However, it advertised a hot tub, but the hot tub was drained and not usable, and that was one of the reasons we chose this place. I was disappointed with that.
