"The hotel is good value for the money, but after I checked out, they sent me a strange bill—charges for parking and for "additional services," though it didn't specify exactly what those services were. The thing is, I don't drive at all, and I made it clear when checking in that I didn't have a car. I was hardly at the hotel; I only came back to sleep and didn't order anything extra."

"My family loved the room and best of all it was on the 1st floor, it helped with my mother’s medical condition, it had never been offered before until staying here with you. The room was so clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The area was quiet which is always a plus when winding down from an exciting activity filled day. We are so grateful for an easy and wonderful stay!"

"We stayed Mother's day weekend and just left today.. Very awesome place. Easy getting around in a wheelchair.. Breakfast is always good. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, French toast or pancakes. Today it was biscuits and gravy.. The grounds are kept very nice. Not far walking to Disneyland at all... It was a good stay. Nice hot tubs and pools also. I hung out in the hot tub after Disneyland.."

"The hotel was ok. Could use some remodeling. Only issue I had was with our key card entry. Keys only worked one time and I had to go replace after each use. I expressed my frustration with the front desk staff about the 3rd time but they did not seem to care or have a solution. So I just trekked down each day for new keys. "
