"We loved our 6-night stay at this beautiful property on the slopes of Mt. Etna. This was the relaxation segment of a larger road trip around Southern Italy. Gabriela and Alfio were such welcoming guests, arranging pickups at the airport for some family who flew in to join us, offering baked goods and making available produce, eggs, wine, and other homemade products from the property. " Comfortable house well positioned in a quiet area of ​​Gioiosa Marea. Restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets are close to the house, the view of the sunset from the balcony of the house is spectacular and the village is very pretty. In the local restaurants you can taste excellent Sicilian wines and dishes ... The owner is very kind and helpful."

"9 adults and 3 kids had plenty of place. Each family had its own room with own bathroom. The flats can be rented separate but we had the full property due to our size. The terrace is fabulous olous and the rooms well equipped. It is up the hill and very close to the cable car station (basically just up the hill)."

"Wir haben hier bei Rosanna eine ruhige und entspannte Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool war bei dem warmen Wetter erfrischend, die Dachterrasse war super zum Chillen und sonnen und hatte einen wunderschönen Rundumblick u.a. auch ab und zu auf den Ätna. Daß die Vermieter mit auf dem Grundstück wohnen, merkt man kaum. Ein Auto ist hier aber unbedingt ein Muss. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall empfehlen...

"We stayed at Antonio’s place for 3 nights. Truly wish we could have spent more. Detached, yet only 5 minutes away from the closest minutes, a restaurant within walking distance. The best part was the vineyards, which we could walk through, and the deck chairs under a wonderful tree where you can truly relax, and the world suddenly slows down. Highly recommended if you want a great break where it’s just you. Ps WiFi is available but highly recommended to use in small doses, you want to enjoy...

"Die gesamte Familie war unglaublich nett und immer hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Es finden sich viele sizilianisce Details im Haus und es gibt alles, was man für die Ferien braucht. Der Pool ist für kleine Kinder super zum erfrischen. Zum Meer braucht man eine ganze Weile mit dem Auto. Das ist der einzige Minuspunkt. Die umliegenden Ortschaften bieten ebenfalls alles, was man braucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und glücklich!"

"House and grounds were beautiful. However owner did not pay too much attention to details or amenities. The kitchen stove didn't work nor did the coffee. Even I could tell the gas in the house was off so we had to use the out door kitchen all the time, at least after we went out and bought matches. The first night we didn't eat. Texted the owner but never heard back. The coffee pot was simply the wrong adapter for the outlet which shouldn't have taken much effort to replace. He also showed us...

"It has everything you need although we bought a couple of items we wanted like a chopping board. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine and the bbq area is fantastic. The bread and pizza oven beat me but was fun trying. We were bitten by local insects frequently but not sure where we were targeted. Didn't spoil anything at all. Sarah welcomed us and took time to show us around the house which was a nice touch. Take care to be economical with electricity as this is an additional charge. We paid 24...

"This is an interesting holiday home with good access to motorways but because of its location better directions to the house from the motorway would be helpful. Due to the lack of road signs, street names and the one-way system we had some difficulty finding the house. Satnav may have helped .The separate kitchen annexe required a degree of catering dexterity when it came to early morning tea or a bedtime drinkbut otherwise was not a problem Clients should be aware that the pol is not available...
