"Home is a few miles away from the busy areas of Tortilla with privacy and an unbeatable view above Rouge Bay and just around the corner from Trunk Bay. We were greeted with a nice welcome basket and treats. We loved the views for our evening drinks and morning coffee. Host was over the top helpful with recommendations for outings and restaurant suggestions. Home is finished very nicely and beds were quite comfortable. We stayed here for a week and hated to leave. Highly recommend!"

"I brought my daughter and her friend over on the ferry(very easy)from STJ for a short spring break get away. The property was amazing. It was clean, convenient for what we wanted to do, and had an amazing view. The appliances were top of the line, the kitchen and bathrooms were newly remodeled(or built)and came with plenty of linens. There was cold water waiting in the fridge and ice in the freezer. "The spot is great, with spectacular views overlooking Marina Cay and to Tortola and Virgin Gorda in the distance. The beach is just a brief steep walk down the hill. The house is nicely proportioned with a big porch and three bedrooms of decent size. And while not fancy, it is certainly comfortable, clean and very pleasant. The hosts are incredibly attentive and responsive and provided boat transportation and guiding basically on demand. We had a great time."

"Lovely grounds and plenty of space to spread out. Would stay again—just a couple minor issues. Half of hot tub jets were not working, pool struggled to stay clear and one bungalow had faulty AC. Immigration workers questioned our address as being incomplete but we had no further details to give them. Property manager Katie is so kind and welcoming."

"This was very central with very short walk to the ferry terminal -can get to St John or Virgin Gorda or evenAnegada. Staff was so accommodating and I left my credit cards in a taxi and the taxi drivrr and the staff here ensured I got them back. Road town is a busy place these years, if you are hooking up with any kind of sailng company this Village Cay locale is the place to stay. Amenities and infrastructure are more than adequate for a harsh climate, quite clean very much okay.pricing really decent for lodging compared to a lot of them. Good food, consistent quality. Took advantage of the convenience of leaving bags all day while we walked around in the heat. Not schlepping all our baggage Was a lifesaver. Excuse the punctuation Etc we are on island internet"
