"Great stay. Staff were consistently friendly & professional. Governors Suite room was spacious, well-kept & very comfortable for a weeks’ stay. Five restaurant options provided plenty of choices. Good to very good food overall although I wish they had more bowls with veggie & protein options beyond salads. Decent gym. Easy to reach from the EIS airport & ferry service was prompt & convenient. Overall very nice facilities & we will consider returning next year. "

"Excellent property for its price range. It offers everything a boater could need in one location, including a well-stocked marine store, supermarket, fuel dock, restaurant and bar, plus a fantastic beach restaurant with a true island vibe. The staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. This has been my annual summer destination for the past seven years, and I look forward to coming back every year."

"Love the hotel and location. Extremely wonderful service and staff. Top tier atmosphere. Very accommodating. We have stayed there multiple times and it’s definitely one of our favorite places. Anything you need, they will make sure you have it. Nicole was awesome at the front desk."

"I have been to Tortola several times and needed a hotel that was convenient to the airport for an early flight. This hotel checked that box. Staff was lovely at check in, the pool bar and the restaurant. Food was pretty good. I paid extra for a ‘beachfront’ room, which was in fact the closest to the beach, but on a slight downslope from the hill in front of beach so there was not a beach view from the room or front porch. More of a ‘dead grass’ view. Bed was comfortable but the room was a bit run down, bathroom was older, etc. That said, the price point was good. You get what you pay for! Long Bay Beach resort is quite a bit nicer with better views and vibes, but at 3x the cost and being on the other side of the island, probably not worth it."
