"My husband and I spent our 25th anniversary here and couldn't have enjoyed it more, other than staying longer! We traveled around the whole island, visiting amazing cove after amazing cove. The people are very friendly and I was amazed at how clean the beaches were and not many stray animals, which always makes me sad on vacation. Thank you for an amazing cottage and vacation!!"

"We had such a good time at Pelican Peak! The property manager was always available and offered great advice on restaurants and beaches. The home itself is very comfortable - a true home away from home. A little buggy at times, but it's the Caribbean! Honestly though, the best part of the house were the views. We were high enough in the hills to get a panoramic view of the island below us and islands in the distance, but close enough to still hear and see the waves crashing at the shoreline. Plus...

"Loved the property/location! 5 min drive to the beach at Brewers Bay. Great outside space at the house with amazing views- particularly sunset! Tom was a great host- our plane in was late and he was great about meeting us later to take us up to the house. We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped! Pool was awesome as well! Easy to get into Road Town for provisions/shopping. Perfect location if you like quiet and peaceful!"

"WOW! The price we paid for this room is outrageous! This place is terrible. I'd file a complaint to get my money back if possible. Doesn't look ANYTHING like the pics. We were the ONLY people staying at the hotel. It was like out of a bad horror movie. No phone, no TV, no amenities. It was basically a roof over our heads for almost $400 per night!! "
