"The spot is great, with spectacular views overlooking Marina Cay and to Tortola and Virgin Gorda in the distance. The beach is just a brief steep walk down the hill. The house is nicely proportioned with a big porch and three bedrooms of decent size. And while not fancy, it is certainly comfortable, clean and very pleasant. The hosts are incredibly attentive and responsive and provided boat transportation and guiding basically on demand. We had a great time."

"The absolute sweetest people you can find in the BVI. They are right there, but will not bother or disturb your vacation. A little gift shop is located at the home too. Really enjoyed our stay at ocean view villa and miss it already!! Highly recommend! "

"The villa is spacious and comfortable with an unbeatable view of the sea from a breezy veranda and one of the best equipped rental kitchens I've seen. you can walk down the hill for a quick dip or drive to other beaches from snorkeling etc. we loved our stay! A bit buggy but this may be unavoidable in the tropical and was worth it for all the perks."

"We stayed here after a week-long sailing trip and it was the ideal house for the transition back to life on land. It's light and bright with gorgeous views of the sea. The family had fun playing with the giant Jenga set and other games provided. The kitchen layout and seating fit us well and we were both able to easily come together and then scatter for bedrooms with air conditioning. "Lovely grounds and plenty of space to spread out. Would stay again—just a couple minor issues. Half of hot tub jets were not working, pool struggled to stay clear and one bungalow had faulty AC. Immigration workers questioned our address as being incomplete but we had no further details to give them. Property manager Katie is so kind and welcoming."

"Perfect accomodation, recommended. We had 2 appartments for our Sailing group(no. 11 and 14). Everything was arrange perfectly with Justin , who he communicated quickly and was very helpful. We appreciated housekeeping / perfect cleanliness. the rooms are spacious, the AC worked great. location by the sea is ideal for swimming any time . We didnt use Kitchen in App.11 / only in app.14 which has better kitchen utensils and electric stove. ( app.11 has has stove)"
