"Overall great experience, lovely staff, clean room , breakfast was included which was a great perk. Only suggestion would be to have the indoor pool warm. It was very cold . "

"We visited right at the end of the season so the mountain was mostly empty, which was a unique experience. "

"Great location, amazing staff and smooth check in process. Only downside is that the rooms are not clean, sheets and towels had stains. Furniture is old and squeaky, carpets are bad and no power outlets next to the bed."

"The Royal Kelowna is unfortunately not the greatest experience. They charge extra for everything. The price you see is not the one you pay. The resort fee in winter is ridiculous for example. Parking is extra also. You are probably better off finding somewhere which better meets your needs and provides a final price when you book. We were not impressed"

"Try to stay off the first floor rooms. We woke up to a truck running his engine exhaust right into our air unit. We had to air out our room. "

"Restaurant Twelve50 was good. Server over the weekend of April 9 to 12th was excellent and the Bannock Eggs Benny was amazing. Room was ok. I had 2 queen Kitchenette kitchen which had no pots or fry pan and kitchen was only a mini bar fridge that did not do well w keeping things atbsafe food temp. "

"I always stay at the Coast Capri Hotel whenever I’m in Kelowna, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient — close to everything you need, with easy access to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. It’s just an easy, reliable place to stay every time. It may not be ultra-modern, but it’s well maintained and great value for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will definitely keep coming back!"
