"We stayed one night during low season so it was very quiet. Room was spacious , quiet and clean. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was unable to accommodate us and we had to search for dinner elsewhere. Parking was easy and safe. Overall nice experience"

"It’s an older style motel, but everything was clean and orderly in the room. Had no issues or concerns with anything. Would stay there again."

"Pros: Nice stay, easy to find, VERY clean. Decent price. Cons: There is no plug-in, in the bathroom for electric appliances (curling iron; hair dryer etc) Be sure to pack a hair dryer as there is not one in the room. We had a kitchenette, with a small microwave and small fridge however the cupboards were empty. Make sure to pack a few pieces of cutlery, plates, cup etc."

"This is our third time to stay at Hotel Fairfield Inn & Suites in Salmon Arm. My family and I had had good staying experience until this time, one of the pillow had a blood stain which looked like the pillow case isn't washed. I didn't want to bother anyone since it was noticed in the midnight and there were still other pillows can be used. Besides the clean problem, the waffle machine in the breakfast area was too old to be used. My family and I were looking forward to making waffle for breakfast, however we tried three times, every time the waffle was stick on the machine, it was very difficult to be taken off and eventually it was moved from the machine to our plate in a terrible shape."

"The outdoor hot tub did not look clean and usable. May 15. The balcony is attached to several rooms, so you can enjoy your morning coffee and polite conversation with your neighbors while watching the folks practice at the driving range. Our room was near the end of the hallway (31), and while the hallway smelled of septic, it did not smell inside our room. There was no mini fridge."
