Although the staff was trying their best, I think the cleaning could use a bit of improvement as well as front desk. I would stay here again, however, and oddly enough have the best sleep out of all of the motels we were at so good for that.
Completely unassuming roadside motel that will blow your mind in comfort and cleanliness. Sure, it’s dated, but it’s clean!
Best sleep I’ve had at any motel or hotel in years. To the point I’m considering a getaway vacation to it.
Check in was pleasant and very easy. Staff was very professional. Room was spacious and clean, with the exception of the rug in the room. Rug had better days. Location was fantastic. I would stay again.
Great value for the money. We weren’t looking for a resort, just a good place to stay while we explored the surrounding area. Clean, well provisioned, staff were there when needed and friendly and attentive
Was rolling through late, looking for a place to stay was able to grab a room here. The customer service was fantastic, staying behind past 11 to get us all checked in. The rooms were clean, would absolutely recommend a stay here.
Everything provided for, thoughtfully.
Very clean. Excellent shower. Decent mattress.
Could use instructions for the A/C unit, though managed to get it working by blindly pushing buttons.
Nespresso machine worked.
Property is old, but has been renovated. Little noise insulation between floors/ rooms. Huge, comfortable bed. Very large TV with many channels. Bathroom is a bit tight, but good water temperature and pressure.

Fine for a one night stay. Very basic but keep in mind it is a 2 star hotel. No internal security lock on the door. Bed sheets were clean and beds were comfortable. Small, outdated bathroom but lots of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Toilet could have been cleaner but I brought Lysol wipes for this purpose. Kids enjoyed the old swing set and green space. TV was large and worked well. There were quite a few empty beer cans and cigarette butts on the ground floor.

We think they are new owners and they are working hard to get the place into better shape. We had a good stay and the staff was awesome. I’m sure with time the Monashee will be more aesthetic.
The owner was very accommodating and let me change my date to 6 days later even though I had booked with Expedia, I would definitely stay in that hotel again just because of the great customer service!
The owner knew that I was travelling with my 97-year-old mother, and he put us in the room closest to the office which was another considerate gesture!
The beds were comfy and coffee was good!
Ample parking in the parking lot!
Decent rooms. Friendly staff. Big yard to let your dog run around if you’re comfortable with them being off leash next to the highway. And the other owners are comfortable with your dog being off leash.
The location is great, just off the highway. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is a bit dated, but is good for an overnight stay. Would stay again.
