I booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and very clean. Having 2 bathroom a was a plus. The property is in an area where everything is easily accessible. Like shopping , dining and good for families. Will definitely be staying there again on my next trip.

Great location

We got upgraded to a deluxe room that had a lovely view, which was most appreciated, especially when the weather meant it was too wet & windy to go out. Great location walking distance to shops, restaurants & the swimming lagoon.

Great Location, beautiful view, one minute walk to the beach, and the Redcliff markets on Sunday's. The options of restaurants, just the perfect location. Room had a great view from the balcony of the beach, out looking Redcliff, across to the ports of Brisbane. Room also had everything you needed, including washing machine, dryer. Bed was comfy, room was very clean, highly recommend..I'll be returning back to stay here ahain.

Great apartment close to showgrounds for our events. We walked daily instead of lining up to park - so refreshing. Even the side apartments have a lovely view. Enjoyed option of breakfast downstairs in Cafe63. Great place to stay with secure parking.

Convenient and fab views

I had a lovely 4 days at the Proximity Waterfront Apartments. The furniture and TV were a bit dated, but the view was fab and it was very convenient for the Conference I was attending. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time I was there but the rain was kind of relaxing. I will stay there again.

Overall venue was nice, close to water, shops and quiet. Sadly didn't get a view of the jetty according to the picture of the website. Cleanliness was very average in the main area. The couch needs a wash, covered with stains, I had to turn cushions over. The dining table had food stains the same colour as table and a fingernail clipping on it. There was faecal matter on the ensuite toilet holder. For luxury some of the fittings need updating due to deterioration.

We paid for an Ocean View room. The ocean was not viewable from the main room because it was south-facing. The ocean could be viewed from part of the balcony. However, the balcony mainly overlooked the rear service area of the very large RSL and cafe, with a very, very loud drone from the air conditioning and industrial scale roof extraction system making the balcony unusable and us unable to leave the doors open. The view of the service area was very ugly. I feel grossly misled by what was offered. Upon our polite enquire to the reception staff it was suggested that somehow it was our fault for booking through a third-party (Expedia) rather than directly. We were also advised that the property was full and hence we could not be moved. Whilst the apartment was nice enough and well equipped we would not have chosen to pay to stay there if it had been honestly advertised as a city (or industrial) view (and noise).

The property is an older type. We got there early but after 30 minutes we’re allowed to check in. The room we were given was at the side rear , not the ocean view on our booking. We didn’t complain as we were only staying 2 nights and weather was poor. The room overlooked some sort of shops rear access. There was an Australian legion as well so at 0500 the bottle collection took place. There was also building works going on starting at 0700. The room itself was dated and the paint work needed doing. The kitchen was well appointed, little piece of pizza sauce on bin cupboard door. Bathroom again was older but what a shower. Powerful. Area was bit run down, everything seemed to close at 1500. The room had heaters, the one in the lounge area sounded on its last legs and needed attention.

The location is very good. Great views and everything you need / want s close by. The unit appeared a little tired. The roll down blinds in the unit were in very bad condition, including mould on the blinds especially in the master bedroom. You didn't notice during the day but at night with lights on you can see the mould.

A great property to stay in. We stayed 7 nights. Handy to everything. RSL next door and a large menued restaurant next door. Some minor housekeeping matters needed eg repairs. Most were attended to quickly and others escalated. Reception staff were very approachable and helpful
