Self check-in didn't really work. Checked in on a public holiday so no staff available.Had to call emergency contact for instructions on how to get in. Prior communication with instructions would've been appreciated. Photos would suggest you're staying in the heritage building but this seemingly is only for the bar. Otherwise, decent stay and staff themselves were nice.

We enjoyed the room, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Restaurant had a great selection of food for breakfast on weekend and dinner. Great location near stores and walking distance to water. Would love to return and stay again.

Could have supplied in Berrima room,Cutting Board,Sideplates,Small sharp knifes. Air-conditioning was noisy to sleep with. Staff were great from reception to cleaners.
