The position of units in Hastings St is its strength. Close to beach restaurants and shops. But I requested a unit with sun at some stage of day. I actually went to the office and requested this a few days before and was allocated one with no sun at any time of the day! This is a place for families not single elderly women. I like to swim in pools but this pool was full of children all with their swim nappies on so most days I chose not to use the pool or the spas because of this.

Bed and couch were very uncomfortable and the apartment needs a refurbishment. We were there for a week and we were never offered any room cleaning. Beach towels are provided and the pool is lovely. Our daughter’s room had been renovated and was beautiful. Great position for beach and Hastings street shops and restaurants.

This is a large resort that doesn’t seem to be large… well laid out and good sense of space and privacy. We particularly like the layout of our room and location overlooking Hastings Street. Jack at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience 😊
