Location was excellent, close to shops, ferry etc. apartment
was very good. Very slippery tiles in shower and bathroom. Could be dangerous!
Everything was neat and tidy.
We did not receive guidelines to access apartment when we arrived and being 9pm we had to scramble and contact agent by telephone. Access key was in an obscure location.
We found the apartment very clean and in a convenient location . The common areas are also kept in good condition . I think a more comfortable bed and a coffee maker would have enhanced our experience .

It’s a tired apartment
We’ll start with the positive, great location.
Negatives… key wasn’t in lock box meaning a wait in the car for an hour whilst key was delivered. Balcony was filthy. No mop, 3 light bulbs had blown, bed and couch are in desperate need of replacing.
Be prepared for constant and very loud air traffic noise as unit is directly below Brisbane flight path.

Excellent location but poorly equipped.
Firstly, the apartment is in an excellent location in Bulimba, close to shops, parks, ferry etc and has a secure underground car park with lift to each floor. However the apartment itself left us disappointed. Firstly, it was listed online as having 2 full bathrooms and a separate toilet. In reality it only had one full bathroom and a separate toilet. This was brought to the attention of the property manager who argued first and then quickly corrected the listing. Secondly, it was not adequately equipped for long rentals, ie for the 3 weeks we stayed. We had to ask for fresh bed linen midway through our stay, as there appeared to be no provision for cleaners to come in other than at the end of our stay. And on changing the bed linen we found the matress protector underneath to be dirty and blood stained. In addition, although a dishwasher is provided, there was insufficient cutlery (eg only 3 teaspoons) to make efficient use of it! Thirdly, every morning the apartment floors were covered in a layer of dust, which we can only think came in though a faulty air conditioning / heating duct filter. Every morning the entire apartment required to be swept - not something we have had to do before in any similar AC equipped property. So overall, the apartment was in a good location, but was not cleaned or equipped to the standard we had expected.
The apartment suited our needs very well . A hairdryer and coffee plunger would have been useful additions to the otherwise well equipped property . It is well located , light and airy . I would recommend it to friends and family .,
