Sadly there was a bad mistake in the allocation of our apartment, but it was very professionally handled by management

The apartment is well located but very poorly equipped. I would expect more than 3 dinner plates in a 2-bedroom apartment. Very few glasses as well.I had messaged explaining that my husband had just had knee surgery so we needed a ground floor apartment. We weren't told that there were stairs from the car park. The apartment is actually not at ground level except for access from the street. There is a balcony rather than an outdoor courtyard pictured for the listing. Overall, very disappointing.
