"Great location wherever you’re going around Brighton.
The bed was joined singles which I noticed but still comfortable.
Would stay again. To pick one negative, the shower didn’t drain properly so I showered in a deep puddle of water."
"Nice property close to Brighton front and pier. Lovely room, very comfortable although it was a very hot overnight and the fan provided was a bit noisy"
"The hotel was in a great location, right on the seafront and within a 10 minute straightforward walk to the Lanes. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had a higher professionalism than I've encountered recently in London hotels!
The room itself was spacious, clean and with a gorgeous view of the seafront and pier. I would definitely stay there again."
"A perfect place to stay right in the center of the lanes. Great attached cafe. Beautifully decorated with turkish lamps. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is situated directly at the waterfront, close to the pier and nearby lanes. It was wonderful to be so close to everything and have plenty of dining options. We stayed in a family room with a view of the Town Hall and were lucky enough to witness around seven weddings—an amazing sight, even without a sea view. The parking was very convenient, and the service was exceptional; everyone was incredibly friendly. Our first visit to Brighton was fabulous, and the hotel played a big part in that!"
"It's an old building with character. The staff are very helpful and one is always met with a smile. Rooms are very clean with comfy beds. I stayed here in march and enjoyed my stay so came back to stay again. "
