"We had a lovely stay, starting with a warm welcome from the young lady at the desk. We decided to get sandwiches from the bar menu for a late lunch which were really tasty, reasonably priced and of generous size. We had a large, comfortable, quiet room, which meant we slept really well. Overall, another perfect stay. Thank you Malmaison. "

"Spacious room on 6th floor. Welcoming staff from doorman through to reception team & all bar staff / breakfast staff we met. Definitely a stay to remember. It seemed to us that this hotel is undergoing a refurb / redecoration which is going very well. The ambience of the hotel was very good. Light bites in the bar exceptional. "First room we were allocated was freezing and had only 2 small plug in radiators for us to try and warm the room up. However the receptionist kindly found us another room of the same standard but which was far nicer (& warmer)!"
