The front desk team was so warm, welcoming, and full of good energy that we decided to spend our last two nights in São Paulo there, and it was one of the best decisions of our trip.
The entire atmosphere felt so inviting and comfortable, and the hospitality was next-level. And the restaurant… wow. I don’t know who the chef is, but they put their whole heart (and foot, in the best way) into the food every dish was spectacular.
