I think the hotel has some great things like the location. I only stayed one night so I didn’t really get the chance to see the amenities but looked satisfactory. The room was ok but the bathrooms and a couple of other things needs to be updated. Some parts of the hotel felt like a nice 3 star hotel.

This hotel’s location is excellent. . The staff and services are great but their rooms need upgrading. I have stayed here once before and the first room on a top floor was nice and had a remodeled bathroom. This last stay I was on the 4th floor and the bathroom was tint and needed upgrading. All in all I will continue to stay at this hotel because I love the area but next time will make sure to request an upper floor room.

Great hotel but no drinking water!

Nice bedrooms with amenities and a modern look. Breakfast is definitely worth it, great coffee options and great variety of foods. I have two main complaints: - Gym equipment is outdated and archaic. - Hotel does not provide drinking water. Not in the rooms, nor in the lobby. This in a country where tap water is not safe to drink. This is beyond bad service, perhaps a human rights violation!

I changed hotels. Did not stay there. Check in was bad. They charged me to upgrade my room because they didn’t have the room I reserved available! Room was dirty so they had to reclean. I didn’t like the feel- found a different hotel and ate the room charge

The hotel is under a renovation that is taking forever. There are no meeting rooms and you are lucky if you have internet connection in the dinning room. That's where I was directed to have my conference call. Also Staff forgets about your problems and always have to look for a Manager. Do not waist your money in this location - there are plenty of options around. Pictures are outdated and facility has nothing nice at the lobby.

Rip-off

Hotel did not advise customers in advance r of booking that the pool, gym, sauna are all closed since November for renovations. There is no business center. Front desk Could Not print out boarding passes. They charge for breakfast and do not have someone preparing omelets etc. A complete rip-off not worth the cost.

This is an excellent hotel in a great neighborhood of Sao Paulo. It's a pretty wealthy area that caters to tourists and business travelers. The view from the top of the hotel was incredible.
