Amazing stay

We loved our stay, the hotel is brand new and they told us we were the second guests staying in the room. Staff is friendly and the room is spacious and clean. The restaurant also has delicious food. We will definitely be back.

Os funcionários são super solicitos e simpáticos. A academia tem boa estrutura para cardio porém achei bem limitado em questão de aparelhos, maior parte para membro superior. Area de piscina boa mas falta atendimento no local, café da manhã excelente mas não estava incluso na diaria. Quarto confortável, edredom e pillow-top não são os melhores. No geral é um otimo hotel, voltaria com certeza. Por ser novo acho que alguns detalhes ainda podem ser trabalhados.

O melhor da rede Westin que já fiquei

Achei os lençóis um pouco ásperos, o pillow top um pouco murcho e o ar condicionado um pouco barulhento para dormir. Do mais, a riqueza de detalhes, a cordialidade, a elegância, a limpeza, tudo beira a perfeição de um hotel que não tem o foco resort. E ainda assim é melhor do que vários resorts que já estive.

Muito boa. O hotel é excelente. Tivemos alguns problemas no nosso quarto de natureza elétrica e hidráulica, mas a manutenção atuou rapidamente e de modo eficaz. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Recomendamos!
