big and beautiful hotel, just one issue: Beds are extremely uncomfortable
Facilities of the hotel are nice, restaurant has excellent food, but expensive.
If only the beds were sleepble, I would stay longer. The mattresses of all the beds are too soft and you feel like sleeping in a hammock, which of course is impossible to actually have a good sleep.
They were kind enough to refund me the rest of the stay which I have pre-paid.

A bit overrated
Nice hotel but a bit overrated imop.
The room is big , but the interior is a bit outdated , the bathroom should be defiantly renovated.
Good sleep with comfortable bed but bed sheets had a dark hair which wasnt removed (not sure how dark hair was missed on white bed sheets....)
The spa was great , fitness room a little bit small , the dining room is ok but not more than that

Service is excellent - breakfast is delicious - rooms are spacious, calm and clean.
Only disappointment is when you stay in a Junior suite and you get 1 small bottle of water for the entire stay of 5 days per person (not per day but per stay!) and tap water is not drinkable. And when we ask reception, they reply "buy from room service".

What a gem!!!! This hotel is so beautiful!!! Clean, comfortable. The room was super well distributed for 4 people, Ski in ski out, excellent restaurant, the breakfast was a delicious buffet with life music every morning. This hotel is a luxury and the mountain was great for skiing.
The service was so good!
We loved our stay at Telerific Grabd Hotel !

HIGHLY RECOMMEND: What views! This hotel has pretty much everything you need, good restaurant and breakfast, spa/pool, rooms with great views and prime location. I came here off season during the summer and cannot speak to their skiing facilities.
As a background, I live in NYC and have lived and worked in Asia, Latin America and North America. I have traveled to over 50 countries throughout the world for business and pleasure from 1-5 star accommodations.

I really enjoyed my stay at Teleferic and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were so courteous, friendly and always available. I've never seen a breakfast buffet so well stocked. Will be definitely returning.

Beautiful chalet design and also very modern. Fantastic breakfast. There was a very pungent farm yard smell on our floor (basement or lower ground), which was there for the duration. Think it was coming from the ski school changing rooms, which were also on our floor. I was also unimpressed with checkout. The guy who served me was a trainee, but still, he was very unhelpful when I asked him to assist with printing a train ticket that I needed.

Expensive nice hotel - but the spa was useless. Hot tubs were full of kids all weekend even until close at 10pm. Also kids and even screaming babies with water wings and swim diapers in the pool. Completely in-acceptable behavior.
