"Everything was perfect. Rooms were modern and well appointed. Complimentary drinks. Helpful staff. They even let me upgrade my room without paying change fees. Even if I went looking for something to complain about, I don't know if I would find a single thing to improve. Great location and excellent home base for an American to explore Berlin. They really made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Next time, I won't even shop around - I'll come back to Me and All."

I was facing the train station, but it was a rackus holiday week end and impossible to sleep through all the ongoing sirens because of international workers day. The hotel itself is an oasis, but the area around it is a bit rough."

However, the sofa bed mattress was a significant issue; it was far too thin and unstable. It dipped severely in the middle, making it impossible for my sister and me to get a good night's rest.
