"The towels appear to be 50 years old. They are thread bare and not even suitable for an animal. Pretty sure my grandmothers towels from the 80s are still nicer. "

"Probably the worst pizza I have ever had. The hotel goes to great lengths to eliminate staff (Self check-in, cleaning robots in the hallway), the rooms are like space pods. Absolutely not my cup of tea. It is a very weird dystopian vibe. "

Overall I would say that this hotel is not worthy of the four star it claims, it perhaps was once a four star hotel but the gimmick of the video installation starts and ends on the ground floor. A better breakfast in a premier inn!"

"Excellent stay at the Sheraton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport before our flight home to San Diego. My only complaint was that the water temperature in the shower was very inconsistent - the water continuously fluctuated between very hot and very cold without touching the temperature handle on the wall."

"Beautiful, clean, close proximity from Charles De Gaulle Airport. Includes pick up / drop off to and from airport. Love the size of my suite. It’s clean and they served breakfast as part of your stay. "

"This was a perfect location for our family vacation to Disney Paris. We were so busy at the park we spent really little time in the rooms, which were clean, comfortable and super convenient. The on-site Starbucks was a lovely bonus, as was the breakfast buffet. And the staff was wonderful! We took the shuttle to the park but also walked a few times, which was easy peasy. If you’re thinking of a budget-friendly Disney option, I highly recommend Santa Fe! "
