Great place to stay if you’re heading to Disneyland. Out of the madness but quick and easy transport by free shuttle. Room was surprisingly large with good facilities. V comfy beds and great breakfast. Easy walk from the train station

Brand new property conveniently located for those heading to Disneyland with a free shuttle bus service to/from the park. Air conditioned rooms which is a rarity in Paris/France. Spacious apartment for a family of 5.

The property was brand new, all the staff were very informative, and the location was perfect. The area is developing with new shops and restaurants getting added all the time. Free shuttle to DLP, short walk to Val de Europe shopping centre, nice park for the kids to play close by as well .

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after staying here with my son. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and spotlessly presented. The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t cleaned once during our four-night stay. On Monday and Tuesday we left around midday, but on Wednesday we left at 8 a.m. with the “Please Clean My Room” sign displayed. When we returned at 4 p.m., housekeeping were cleaning rooms in our corridor, but ours had still been missed. No fresh towels, no emptied bin and the beds weren’t made. The staff were always friendly, but several issues we reported were never resolved. We’d requested twin beds but were given a double and were told it would be changed the next day—it never was. Our TV also didn’t work. After reporting it twice, nobody came, so we fixed it ourselves by unplugging and reconnecting it. The bar looked great but the beer taps weren’t working and bottled beer was almost unavailable. Overall, I’d give it 3/5. I was still satisfied with our stay, and although the issues I mentioned may sound off-putting, they wouldn’t stop me staying here again. I hope they’re simply teething problems, as the hotel has a lot of potential and the staff are truly very hospitable. Biggest advice I would give is to stay here with the free shuttle if you’re coming for Disney.

Das Hotel hatte neu eröffnet und es war sehr sauber. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Einziges Negative war, unser Zimmer wurde leider in den 3 Tagen nicht gereinigt.
