I am very disappointed with the shuttle service not being available from late morning to early evening. And not accommodating the guests that have chosen to stay in the hotel based on shuttle services to the train station. I spent 80 euro in uber transportation to get to and from Disneyland Paris. The hotel room was clean and the employees were extremely professional and courteous.

Excellent base for disneyland

Really nice place to stay! The pool was so warm, my kids spent most of the day in it! Room was immaculate with everything you could need. I did think 10euros for a pint was pricey though. Really nice area for food about a 3 min walk away, we chose an indian restaurant which was really good but there was a thai place too amongst others.

Fine enough for us becuase we only stayed for Disneyland. Bed was pretty hard and we couldnt get the heat to work. We asked for assistance and never got amy help.

Great Family Hotel close to Disney with Shuttle

Amazing! Our family loved our stay here. It was the perfect location for Disneyland off the main property. Easy shuttle services. Very friendly and helpful guests. We had an excellent time and highly recommend this to families travelling and going to Paris Disney.

In general the place was fairly clean, the lifts smelt lovely when were used them, and most of the staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was brilliant too.. however could of added an extra run in-between 11.20-16.20. On the down side... Food! Vegetarian/vegan sandwiches would be nice and other food such as pizza and fries etc on site would have been a bonus. The information leaflet with the QR code said pizza was available on site but when I asked it was no! I would have to download an app or something! Otherwise lovely surroundings and hotel. Thanks.

The resort was lovely, felt safe & family friendly with lovely natural surroundings. Spacious and comfortable rooms, with lovely kitchenette. The only down side were the shuttle buses to Disneyland Paris were not as frequent as expected.. The television did not have any internet/phone mirroring options. Overall a lovely and great stay

Felt really safe in this area travelled with a small child and was able to utilize the hotel shuttle to get to Disneyland and train stations. The bus stop is right outside the property as well easily accessible and able to get to the shopping areas or Disney freely and safely

Great location and family friendly

We stayed for one night after visiting the Disney park. It’s super close to the park which is great after a long day at Disney. The surrounding area is stunning and the hotel grounds are beautiful- there’s a pond with ducks, an outdoor pool (towels provided by hotel) and kids gaming facilities. The room itself was pretty basic but clean. I don’t know if I could stay more than one night. The bathroom was clean but when the shower curtain is closed, you are basically bathing in darkness with is not ideal. Additionally, sound proofing was not great; when people walk down the corridor you can hear them talking as though they are in your room. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also visited the mall which was a short drive away from the hotel. Lots of kids around which created a lovely family vibe: overall a great location and a cosy- effective option

Our first trip to Disneyland and alstatingnstay city. Everything was great. It's around 10 mins away from Disney by coach. The coach is provided by the hotel and it's not shared with any other hotel, which is great. However the coach does not run between 11 to 4 , which is annoying at times as if you have to make you way back to hotel in between this time then you will have to use public transport...we took a taxi back on 1 day and it costs us around 30 euros. Breakfast is average. Beds are ok Our room 165 had beautiful view...we really enjoyed it. We were there to celebrate our son 3rd bday and had order cake from the hotel. The cake was really nice and worth the money. They personalised it too which was great, my son was soo happy seeing the Mickey mouse cake. Really appreciate the hotel chef and staff for the attention to detail in relation to the cake. Overall a great experience.

Stayed here with large family group for weekend in a villa. Great accommodation and the free buses to Disneyland are great. Also used car charger. Staff really responsive when asked to fix a/c. Only slight negative was the cleanliness of the property whilst initially looked good if you move anything like a bed, table or a sofa it’s obvious that these are not moved for cleaning.

Pool area is great. Lovely surroundings. Rooms spacious and well appointed , clean on arrival. Understand it’s an aparthotel so no cleaning but really should empty bins as there is no obvious place to take rubbish. Could also do with groceries available on site rather than just drinks and snacks. Shuttle bus spot on and really convenient. Overall we had a great time just a few little suggestions would have been really beneficial for us!

Perfect spot if you are travelling to Disney Paris. This location is only a short 5 min drive, or free shuttle ride, away from Disney. The room was a little on the compact side, but since we were spending the majority of our time at Disney this was not an issue. The kitchenette was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The temperature was a little cooler during our stay, but the pool on site is heated and there were many people in it and seemed to be having a grand time. The only downfall was the inconsistent water temps of the shower, it would go from boiling to freezing and back to boiling multiple times within the few minutes you were in the shower. It got so hot, I would suggest it would be unsafe for young children. Parking is also 15€ a day, which seemed a little expensive. The nice things about the parking are that it is a controlled access area, secure and well-lit. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well as other amenities, if you forgot anything for the duration of your stay. Staff here were really good, I used the onsite laundry services and the dryer I chose was clearly not functioning properly. I advised staff and because it was not owned/maintained by the hotel itself they were unable to offer a refund. Staff did however offer complementary drinks and snacks from the onsite canteen to compensate me for my troubles. If I were to do another Disney Paris trip, I would look to stay here again.
