"The flat was just right for us. It couldn't be closer to a Metro station and there were plenty of places to eat or buy food in close proximity. I would have given 5 stars for check-in, too, but we found the previous renters were leaving at our 3 pm arrival time, so we had to wait for the flat to be cleaned. That happened quickly, though. "We stayed for four nights. The property entrance is off a charming courtyard garden, off a quiet lane, off a narrow quiet street. I was woken up by birds, not car sounds. It's a ground floor, but quite bright. The kitchen/living area is not huge, but it's a long L shaped apartment, so the bedrooms are separated from the kitchen. "We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We were looking for a larger bed and a larger shower and this was perfect. We didn't do any cooking other than our breakfasts, but it was very well equipped if you wanted to. No elevator, but Oliver was kind enough to give me some assistance with my bag. Bakery is on the corner and a nice grocery store right on the next street. Short walk to metro stations and lots of restaurant choices."

"The apartment is well equipped with all you need to stay and make yourself some meals if you want to. The area of Les Lilas is filled with variety of shops, bars and restaurants that people that live in the neighborhood frequent. Metro line 11, tram and buses are just short walk away. "The place was very dirty and there was an ant infestation as well. The check in process was a nightmare as the management company left everything about check in until the very last minute, and provided an out of service number at the time of booking, where they could not be reached. I had to escalate this issue with no resolution. I complained to them about various issues upon arrival and got no response until the night before my departure. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting place to stay....

"Our stay here was good overall. The host Marco and his partner Dennis were very accommodating. "What an amazing experience! Frederick was great! This place is spacious and quiet. Perfect for relaxing after being a tourist all day.
