"The flamingo for us is an absolute must on every Vegas trip that we’ve taken, which has been five in the last three years. This was a very special trip. My boyfriend proposed to me. I absolutely love the flamingo. The staff upon check-in wasn’t very friendly and our room was given to somebody else we had to wait the next day to get the room that we booked that was the only hiccup that we had other than that everything was great great location, great restaurants hotel room was clean"

"There’s no room service to bring food to rooms, food option limited have to go to Paris for foods It’s much cleaner than previous years their janitors are working hard it’s just old smelly building"

"I was in suite 1653 and it had a great view but was no door on the entrance to the bathroom. Overall I gave them a 4 because they gave me an extra day real cheap. I also think that certain desk personnel like Ricardo, needs to improve their customer service."

"Loved the room and location on the 35th floor, private elevator and tub. Best view of the lake and foundations. The pools are beautiful and relaxing with poolside service. Beautiful shops, restaurants and casinos to explore. The staff was more than accommodating and went beyond and above. Everything from checkin to checkout was smooth and very easy. I will definitely return. "
