We booked a king size bed and upon arrival were told that there were no more king size beds available and they only had 2 doubles. This also happened to friends we were with. The hotel should honor guests reservations. Disappointed.

We were not made aware of construction until receiving an email a few days before arrival (past the free cancellation deadline, of course). The lobby is under construction so the reception area was small and no AC. When we arrived, the water had just been turned back on after having been shut off for construction, and we were not aware when checking in. The water was brown and took an hour to run it til clear. Not fun in the middle of a heat wave. The room was really warm, despite setting the thermostat to the lowest temperature. I’m sure this property will be more desirable when construction is completed, but many basic amenities we were looking forward to were not available. The one good thing was the proximity to the mall.
