"This is a very good hotel and well worth repeat visits. In the hills with outstanding views. To go to the village or seaside resorts down the hill you need to use a car. Long distance, narrow and no footpath makes walking impossible. The local bus service should be avoided. Infrequent and I have been on more comfortable roller coasters. "A True Gem on the Ligurian Coast – Hospitality at Its Finest! Our stay at the Grand Hotel Diana Majestic was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the entire team — from the Front Desk to Housekeeping, Restaurant, and Beach staff — made us feel incredibly welcome and well cared for. The hotel itself is a jewel: spotlessly clean, ideally located, and beautifully set against the Ligurian coast. Having parking and beach chairs included in the rate made everything easier, and the breakfast was simply outstanding — a perfect start to each day. The food throughout our stay was delightful, but what truly elevated the experience was the people. Everyone we encountered was friendly, competent, and genuinely personable — and impressively multilingual. It was clear that the entire team takes pride in what they do, and their passion for great hospitality showed in every interaction. Special mention to Mathilde at the Front Desk — an absolute star! Her warmth and professionalism were remarkable. Vivien at the pool was fantastic, always cheerful and attentive. Housekeeping kept everything spotless with a smile, and the restaurant team was managed with heart and precision. We didn’t catch every name, but every team member played a part in making our stay memorable. Thank you for showing us what true hospitality looks like — we will most certainly be back!"

"I didn't like the fact that the beach has only been accessible during the opening hours and that one had to reserve a spot a day before or more (deck chair and umbrella) and that one had to pay for that (EUR 36 for 2 during low season) for the whole day. I would like to go the beach for 1-2 hours in the morning, enjoy the sunrise, leave for a bit, have some fun during the day elsewhere and then maybe spend again time at the beach if I feel like it. And I wouldn't mind to bring my own towel and lay on the sand but unfortunately, that is not possible in the whole village."

"Room was not as described online, 2 single beds instead of a double (states online that the room sleeps 3, but nowhere for a 3rd person to sleep - lucky there was only 2 of us), smell of stale smoke as soon as you enter the room, no toilet roll provided, no towels provided, unclean room and balcony and incredibly run down, states online that parking is 5 euro per night and they expect 10 euro per night when you arrive. We are not fussy people and often sleep in hostels but this is not a 3 star ‘hotel’ - it should be a 1 star! "

"When we arrived asked about parking. Told there was a location nearby but had to wait over an hour for somebody to arrive to show us where the location was. The space was an underground car space that was very difficult to park in as the space was very tight and had to reverse all way out up a ramp to get out of. On check out tried to charge us €20 for parking having mentioned nothing at check in. Advice park car nearby yourself"
