Wonderful stay, terrific staff and the best location! Only issue was beds. Not king size bed but two twins which were not fixed together and so kept creating a gap in middle as they drifted apart. Blankets pretty poor quality. Otherwise was a great experience

The hotel has a good location, but unfortunately, the price doesn't match the quality. You’re really just paying for the convenience of the location, and that’s about it. If you're booking through Expedia, be aware that payment is handled directly at the hotel. I had booked a room with breakfast included, but if you only speak English, I’d recommend finding breakfast elsewhere. Out of the six servers, none acknowledged us once they realized we didn’t speak Italian. It wasn’t just one instance—they consistently avoided us, to the point where a server skipped asking if we wanted coffee. I don’t think this was profiling, but it was a very poor experience. Imagine a waiter hovering around with the menu but not even greeting you. I won’t be returning. Additionally, when we checked in, there was sand on the floor of our room. I understand that the hotel is near the beach, but the sand wasn’t ours and should have been cleaned up before our arrival. One more thing to note: parking is €25, and it’s valet parking.

À notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous avions demandé un parking pour notre voiture, qui a été prise en charge par un voiturier et garée dans un parking privé, fermé et couvert, appartenant à l'hôtel. Nous avons séjourné dans l'annexe, dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Elle était magnifique : spacieuse, propre, dotée d’une literie confortable et d’une grande terrasse offrant une vue imprenable à 180° sur la mer et la ville. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est agréable, avec un service de qualité, une belle carte et des mets raffinés, savoureux et parfaitement cuisinés. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. Le personnel s’est montré courtois, professionnel et très attentionné envers sa clientèle. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, car nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

Herlig ferie

Alassio en kjempefin by, ikke for stor og ikke for liten, med meget bra restauranter, nydelig sandstrand og turmuligheter. Hotel Savoia er kjempefint og ligger helt i vannkanten. Fantastisk frokost og god restaurant. Vi hadde en stor uteterrasse med deilige utemøbler. Fantastisk vennlig og serviceminded personale.

Familientreff

Meine Frau hatte einen runden Geburtstag , die Familie feierte im Hotel. Was mich enttäuscht hat, das nur ein Frühstückservice Angestellter ihr gratuliert hat, was ausgesprochen super herzig war, der Rest vom Hotel sich aber überhaupt nicht bemüht hat , Ihr was Gutes zu tun. Allgemein waren beim Frühstück nur zwei Angestellte nett und zuvorkommend. Die anderen grüssten nicht mal, vorallem die junge Dame war sehr hochnässig. Die Suite war gross und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem, leider vergassen die Putzladys , die Duschseife , WC Papier etc. aufzufüllen. Trotzdem würden wir das Hotel weiter empfehlen, den der Meerblick und die Einrichtung hat uns gefallen.

Top Lage direkt am Meer. Traumhafte Aussicht von den Zimmern mit Meerblick. Beim Check-in wird lediglich eine Kopie der ID gemacht und man bekommt den Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt, keine Erklärung nichts. Receptionist wirkt ziemlich demotiviert.

Hotel in der besten Lage mit hauseigenem Strand und Frühstücksraum direkt am Meer. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal stets freundlich und das morgendliche Buffet ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein und der Strand war super gepflegt. Schade war, dass in der Ausschreibung nur Bilder von perfekt renovierten Zimmern zu sehen sind. In unserm Zimmer war leider nur das Bad renoviert. Das restliche Zimmer war sehr enttäuschend und super klein. Es gab zb. keinen Platz die Koffer zu verstauen. Weiter wird der Preis für die Parkmöglichkeit bei der Buchung klar deklariert, Badetücher und Liegen werden unter Leistungen aufgeführt. Vor Ort werden dann pro Tag zwischen 40-54 Euro pro Tag für zwei Liegen verrechnet. Dies sorgt für ettlichen Unmut vor Ort…

Ganz tolles Hotel direkt am Meer mit superblick vom Restaurant aus. Sehr sehr gute Halbpension. Tolles Frühstück. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Einzig könnte man bemängeln dass an der Rezeption beim Check in zu wenig infos gegeben wurden bzw diese erst nach Nachfrage. Bewertung sonst aber Top, unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen
