L'opinione risente del prezzo più che promozionale del nostro soggiorno, pertanto non può che essere eccellente. A costo standard avrei sollevato qualche perplessità su camera e bagno (in particolare), che meritano un più accurato restyling, e sull'isolamento acustico, da migliorare. Ottima invece la posizione, pressochè a ridosso del centro e della spiaggia, la palestra a disposizione, il terrazzo panoramico. Colazione diversificata e soddisfacente. Completa la dotazione del bagno.

Molto piacevole la posizione dell’hotel praticamente a due passi dal mare e dal budello. Buona la colazione e molto buona la spa. Personale gentile e attento. Unico neo la camera davvero piccola che secondo me ha un prezzo troppo caro per quello che è. Per il resto è un buon hotel .

Pessima pulizia piatto doccia pieno di capelli e peli carta attaccata nelle pareti abbiamo chiesto una seconda pulizia perché ovviamente noi lavarsi con i capelli e i peli d’altri anche no ma nn è cambiato molto perché i pezzi di carta attaccati nel muro li hanno lasciati hanno solo dato una passata al piatto doccia. Poi la stanza aveva i muri sporchi, tende sporche buchi nelle pareti letto macchiato di caffè materassi scomodissimi il letto matrimoniale erano due materassi singoli quindi quando dormivi si separavano. Gli asciugamani li abbiamo fatti cambiare dopo due giorni ma erano abbastanza scocciati perché loro nn li cambiano ogni giorno ma dopo il terzo giorno . Pareti sottilissime e sentivi tutti i rumori se dovevi riposare non si poteva perché c’era baccano. Pessimo albergo mai più sconsiglio a tutti specialmente se siete abituati a vivere nel pulito

What a horrible experience!!! The director was terribly unhelpful. I contacted the hotel to ask to change my dates as l was unwell and couldn’t travel they refused to help me. I also contacted hotels.com in America and they rang the hotel to ask for a date change too and they were refused. My single room was like a broom cupboard and honestly should be a store room for the cleaning ladies as it was so small old and outdated. The floor was dirty there were cigarette butts and rubbish under the bed. The phone was broken. The rubbish bin was disgusting - see photo. No fridge or mini bar. The wardrobe was from the 50’s and the shower and hand basin were terrible. It was noisy and uncomfortable. The director offered me a free drink WOW even that was bad an old flat bottle of Prosecco. The breakfast was terrible the eggs inedible no fresh bread. And l was charged €10 for my dog. A disgrace and l will never return.

Ho passato un fine settimana molto rilassante e tranquillao. Tutto il staff da Allegroitalia Alassio Rosa sono molto gentile e rispettose. Hotels si trova a 10 m distanza della spiaggia e anche vicino a stazione ferroviaria. Ritornero molto volentieri..Complimenti al tutto staff.
