"Exceptional service and generally superb attitude, friendliness and care. Always available staff. Great character and design. Slight issue with room 3 being facing road and bright light of signage into window. The sound was loud with window open but that was our preference for fresh air. Wouldn’t be issue if you’re happy to not. Breakfast was lovely and has all you need hot or cold. Great location."

"Lovely hotel in the old part of town in Bordeaux. Very centrally located. The room was just renovated. It was small. The closet area had been converted into a bathroom. A little tight for two people plus suitcases. A couple of suitcase foldable benches would have been helpful. Otherwise, lovely and charming. "
