"Great place and great location!"

"This property capped off a perfect trip to Italy! The location couldn't have been better and the apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was clean, working, and we thoroughly took advantage of the terrace by sitting out as much as possible during our short stay. Cristina, the property manager, was great with communications, very helpful, and made sure we had all of the information we needed - and more! (Thank you for the restaurant suggestions!) I hope that we get to visit Monterosso...

"Wonderful place - lots for children to do, and plenty of space for adults to relax. Fantastic communication and a warm welcome from John and Delyse. We didn't need to leave the place but when we did there are some great spots around as well. Would highly recommend"

"Tolles Haus! Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr sauber. Es gibt oben 2 Schlafzimmer und unten eins. Auf jeden Stockwerk ist ein Badezimmer. Gerade wenn man mit größeren Kindern reist, ist es toll, dass Eltern und Kinder ein eigenes Bad haben :-). Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Ort, wo es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants gibt. Der Kontakt mit Barbara war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!...

The host was so nice and helpful, and the walk down to the water from the house is definitely worth it. The flat is within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants but far enough away that you can appreciate the quiet and breathtaking views. "Wir kamen ein wenig früher an und haben Demy angerufen. Sie war da und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen. Das Haus war besser als auf der HomePage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kein unangenehmer Geruch im Haus, alles sehr sauber! Das einzige Manko, es gibt einige Hunde die am bellen sind."

"We had an amazing time at the Villa Tanca. We appreciated Alina meeting us at the base of the stairs and showing us around this beautiful villa. The villa was perfect for our family (4 couples) with spacious bedrooms and living areas and the beautiful patio overlooking the sea. The proximity to town and the Cinque Terre trails was perfect. There is so much to do right there. We really appreciated the wonderful welcome basket with plenty of fresh fruit, pasta, local specialties and the Prosecco!...

"Great place to stay but getting there is quite difficult. We were told in advance and so we were aware. Best not to have much luggage as it is 240 down to get to the place. Of course 480 steps every time you leave/return. Would have been nice to have coffee in the apartment. We could not figure out the heating system as it is a pellet type furnace. Great view and total privacy."

"This little villa on top of the hill has breathtaking views, cool breezes and a perfect plunge pool. There are great spaces to gather a group or have some private time. We loved cooking in the outside pizza oven area. It’s a windy drive but with it. Bravo! Ciao."
