"We booked this very last minute because we decided at the last minute to visit Cinque Terre so I didn’t read too much about what it looked like. 1. The rooms are set away from the reception area and you have to go down gravel steps. I’m pretty young and ok with it, but my 66-year-old mom struggled. So be prepared for that. "Beach views were fantastic. The place is somewhat hard to fund as the number 4 is very small on the side of the building. The parking spot available was great. We were on the 4 floor but you enter up a flight of stairs outside so it's really 5, a bit difficult with suitcases. Once in though the location is fantastic to the train, restaurants and shopping. Not too far a walk to old town and the ferry. We liked our room, spacious and comfortable."
