"Arrival - Hotel sent a cab which was very small, so when they say sedan it is a small sedan. If you have more luggage opt for the big car. The driver was polite and helpful. Check-in- Very quick and easy. Nothing Special. Most of the Hotel staff knows Russian but very few speak English. The Bell boy was helpful to move luggage to room, but to reach the deluxe bldg was a bit complicated. There was no direct access from the reception.
