Wow the food was honestly incredible! There were so many restaurants to choose from outside of the main buffet and we never had an issue with availability (we booked as soon as reservations opened online). The Greek restaurant was a highlight – not just delicious food, but such a fun experience! We danced to traditional Greek music with the staff, smashed a few plates and even our 2 year old was entertained with crayons and paper. The Asian restaurant is another ⭐️The food was absolutely top-notch beautifully plated food with edible flowers and creative touches. The staff went above and beyond making the experience feel really special. The only downside was Aksam – we had high hopes for a steak dinner, but almost all the steaks came with a steep price tag (up to €300!), which felt unreasonable considering other great restaurants were free (included in all inclusive). Pool:
The heated pool in early June was perfect especially for our toddler. It wasn’t overcrowded, and the staff were fantastic zooming around on roller skates taking drink orders while we relaxed in the sun. Total 5-star vibes! Staff:
The staff were amazing across the board. Special shoutout to the sushi chef at the buffet what a kind and talented man! Everyone made us feel so welcome, and they even extended our checkout time by three hours free of charge which was a huge help with a small child and a late flight. They definitely set the bar high! ⭐️

Our holiday at Rixos Premium Belek was absolutely outstanding. With our dedicated personal holiday assistant, Ms. Jannet, ensuring our comfort and fulfilling our every desire, it truly felt like a dream come true. The food at the main restaurant was delightful, and the dishes at the à la carte Z’ASYA were both exotic and delicious. The hotel's overall concept is marvelous, offering ample options even for our 2.5-year-old. The indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the kids' water section, were fantastic. The cleaning services were exceptional, whether it was room cleaning, restaurant upkeep, or restroom maintenance. The spa facilities were outstanding, featuring amenities like sauna, salt rooms, and hamams. The bar provided a vibrant atmosphere with daily entertainment programs and a variety of exotic cocktails and drinks. The daily entertainment programs, tailored for both adults and kids, were abundant and enjoyable. All in all, we've already made plans to visit Rixos Premium in Belek regularly.

Idyllic five star service from start to finish. We had our honeymoon at Rixos Gocek and our first holiday with our daughter at Rixos Belek - there is a reason we chose Rixos for two of the most important and special holidays of our lives…. Because they are perfect in so many ways. Thank you. We will definitely return to another Rixos. The main delights are: - the food is exceptionally good quality - the choice of restaurants is vast (and all good) - the facilities are world class… Spa… Massage… Pools… Boat Trips…. speedboat transfers… Private Beaches…. Unbelievable choice cleanliness and unique styles - selection of sunloungers, cabins, chill out areas is second to none - the entertainment is really fun for all ages - the rooms are large and offer options with multiple bathrooms, gardens, balconies, bathtubs, wet rooms … you name it - WiFi is flawless - concierge room service is immediate and fast and friendly… bravo! - regularly changing cocktail menus expertly made - in Rixos Belek we actually never left the hotel in 10 days! I would rather go to Lara barut than to go back to Rixos, they only prioritise VIP people, so, even you spending a lot of money for the holiday, this hotel is not worth it.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und ist renowierungsbedürftig. Insgesammt finde ich das Preis und Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut. Zudem war der geschmack des essens im Restaurant und bei den Alakart Restaurants nicht besonders gut. Positiv war der Service und der Strandbereich der sehr gut bewirtschaftet wurde.

Really loved our time at Rixos - exceptional food and very friend staff, Everything was made seamless by our holiday assistants; Yulia and Ramsay. Enjoyed all the amenities including; beach, fitness centers, spa and Haman. Rixos was overall amazing, and my family and I look forward to future stays here.
