Good , need to go back to excellency

It is my seventh time in this hotel , my first experience was in 2014 , 1) My booking was partial sea view but when checking in I was told that our 2 rooms will be without balcony and I paid €300 more to get the two rooms with balcony side sea view . 2) although food choices are still rich , but it was more better in quality before , and I am experiencing a kind of decrease in quality

Pool, sea access, staff were all nice. Rooms were outdated but we managed. Food was good some evenings and bland others. Selection of food was good as far as variety of options. Entertainment was good as there was always an event. Overall, we would probably try another resort when going back to compare but this hotel was good and not great. I wouldn’t say 5 star.

Man kann das Hotel mit insgesamt sehr gut bewerten. Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter im Hotel war top und nicht aufgesetzt, sondern herzlich. Zimmer und auch das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber. Das Essen war sehr, sehr gut und absolut vielfältig. Cocktails wurden nicht in Plastikbechern serviert, sondern in den unterschiedlichsten Cocktailgläsern, so wie es sein muss. Auch hier die Auswahl riesig. Auch der SPA- Bereich muss erwähnt werden. Hatten hier „Tiefenmassage“ gebucht und diese war jeden EURO wert. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel

They put us in a very small room even though we booked a standard sea view room. When approaching staff members, they advised that the hotel is fully booked. I felt racism also and felt certain skin coloured guests were favoured. Me and my family felt like background characters and not a single staff acknowledged us or was nice to us.

Wir waren bei der Rezeption schlecht informiert über das Hotel, auch keinen Plan des Hotels bekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Wasser im Pool sehr sauber aber bisschen zu kalt.

Das Essen war top, gute Auswahl und lecker sowie das Personal waren sehr freundlich. Jedoch sind die Zimmer sehr veraltet, das Badezimmer hatte eine Badewanne und keine Dusche, die Zimmer sollten dringend renoviert werden. Die Dusche am Strand war nichts für Babys, da das Wasser zu kalt war. Außerdem ist das Wasser im babybecken auch zu kalt

Amazing hotel, I truly hope we will come back again. There are absolutely no downsides. The highlights for me: • a wide variety of dishes (different kinds of meat and fish: lamb rack, lamb entrecote, grilled chicken/turkey; tuna, salmon, seabass, dorado, seafood, octopus; soups, salads, vegetables in many combinations, fresh fruits, desserts). I have an intolerance to onion, garlic, pepper, and cabbage, but I was always able to find something special and delicious; • animation team (we spent a lot of time by the pool, there was always something to do, and the team was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful); • rooms with a beautiful view, daily cleaning and minibar refill free of charge; • very well-maintained territory; • high level of service in every aspect; • stable WiFi. I was especially impressed with the hotel’s hospitality: we arrived at 12, and we were kindly checked into our room right away and invited for lunch. On the day of departure, we left our luggage and continued to enjoy the facilities without any issues. Nothing spoiled our holiday. Thank you to everyone ☺️

Kleine Kritik zum Frühstück: Die Zeit ist angegeben von 07:00 -10:00 Uhr. Allerdings wenn Sie um 7 Uhr bereits im Speisesaal ankommen, sind Pancakes, Omlets, Toasts, Su Böreği und Menemen nicht bereit. Alles Speisen die meine Familie und ich sehr gerne essen. Weil erst ca. eine halbe Stunde später angefangen wird diese Speisen bereit zu stellen, greifen Sie dann zu irgendwelchen Alternativen weil Sie nicht warten möchten um noch Plätze am Pool zu bekommen. Denn diese werden von den Gästen ultra früh mit Handtüchern reserviert. Wenn 7 Uhr angegeben wird dann sollte auch das gesamte Angebot um diese Zeit bereit stehen. Danke.
