This hotel is awful. Ad images are totally misleading. Main elevator broken. Food? Well we decided to eat out despite being all inclusive! Transport to beach was once a day - not twice as advertised . Rooms look like they’ve been converted from suites or apartments to “family rooms”. Not the twin room we’d booked. Info provided on arrival was v basic and sent by WhatsApp. Evac instructions were not displayed - they were hidden away in a drawer! Oh and the mini bar (empty) was sitting just inside the door! The cockroach was a special surprise!

This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. The photos were extremely misleading and did not accurately represent the condition of the actual property or room. The room was very run-down and poorly maintained. There were visible cracks in the floor and ceiling, and the door even had tape on it, which made the room feel unsafe and neglected. The overall condition of the room was far below what I expected based on the listing. I understand that hotels can have some wear and tear, but this went far beyond that. The property clearly needs significant repairs and renovation. Do not rely on the pictures when booking this hotel. The actual condition was completely different from what was advertised. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Worst hotel rooms ever I have seen. Decoration, furniture everything is the worst ever. Beds are super uncomfortable. Construction debris visible at places where skirting missing. Paint residue everywhere, on the floor, furniture, doors. No one spent a minute to even roughly clean. Bathroom was poor poor. Faucets must be rusted for the last 5 years. Only good thing in the rooms is clean sheets and one of the two ACs was working. General areas has no taste. Pool is small for that many people. Color of the water did not feel safe. So we did not get in it. It is all inclusive but food is awful. Mostly bad pasta and fried chicken nuggets kind of stuff. After one breakfast and one lunch I took my kids out for every meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner. Bar is equally bad, always missing beer or if it is there it is not cold. Staff are friendly and they look they are ashamed for the conditions, but this does not help at all.
