"A gem of a place to stay. We stayed in the suite for a week and it was very comfortable complete with a Smart TV. All the staff were very friendly and would do all they could to make your stay comfortable. Our stay coincided with a breakfast with Father Christmas (in not American, so i dont say "Santa" and it was lovely seeing the children all excited. I definitely recommend Rainhill Hall.

"A group of 8 of us stayed at Rotherham House for a lowkey Hen Do and it was absolutely perfect for us! It was beautifully clean and everything was as described. Everything was fully stocked and there was anything we could need readily available at the property. At first communication was hard to get a hold of, but was then happy to help us with preparations and help us with decor etc. While at the property, Lucy was available whenever we needed anything or to answer any questions. The karaoke machine which we had incorporated into our weekend itinerary was removed from the property and we were not warned about this, but were offered to be brought it the next day. This was a little disappointing as it was one of the reasons we had booked the property. We were only informed a couple of weeks before our stay that we would not be able to check in at the time advertised as another party were checking out, and this meant we had to change some of our plans around.Despite a couple of small hiccups, we had an amazing stay and everything was at a great standard. Would definitely recommend the property and would stay here again for sure!"
