"This is a budget motel, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The room had the usual budget motel musty smell. The shower stall is small. But on the positive side, the room had a couch, a dining table, and the table settings needed to have breakfast in the room. The heater worked well, as did the available blankets."

"This beautiful heritage hotel is in a spectacular location and the history is just wonderful. The hotel however requires money spending on it, especially the rooms and restaurants. The spa that you can book via the hotel was amazing and would definitely recommend. "

"We had a great stay, the staff were super helpful, the food was superb in the restaurant, the amenities were great. The room was good, I would like to see a few more pictures and maybe more soft furnishings, but overall great value"

"The ac did not keep the room cool, kind of warm though out the stay. It was difficult getting up and down the steps with my luggage, and I did use the lift. Staff, food, wine, and location were outstanding!"

"Rooms and location was perfect for venturing to the Glow Worm Tunnels and Zig Zag Railways. As it was Easter the restaurant was closed so cannot comment on that. "

This is a top spot yo spend a few nights with the family to see everything the blue mountains has to offer. Comfy rooms, excellent parking and great service!"
