Room was compact but comfortable and pretty clean. Shower was good (plenty of pressure). Simple facilities, but perfectly acceptable at this price. Good local amenities nearby (underground, shops, pubs, takeaways, etc)"

However, the hotel and my room were fine and I don't share the views expressed by other reviewers. My room had a refrigerator and ensuite facilities and a kettle (but no teabags or cups) I enjoyed a couple of good night's sleep. I was never asked to leave my key at reception every time I went out as suggested by other reviewers. There was a sign saying that there was a £50 charge for lost...
