"The hotel feels brand new, and so very clean. There is only 1-2 people working in the reception/bar/breakfast areas at any given time. The coffee machine didn’t work so was difficult to get a coffee as you had to get the attention of this one person who was quite busy and not just tending The breakfast area. "The staff were fabulous!! The breakfast was really good and has the best outlook over the lake. Nice and close to the train. The only minor thing was we couldn't find the air con the first night and it was really hot in the room so we needed to open the windows. It was close to midnight and had been up and travelling since 6am when we checked in so we were too tired to try and find out whether the room didn't have it. It was hidden behind the curtain and on the floor, in other places the air con is up high because cool air sinks and also behind a curtain doesnt really help with air flow. A really minor thing but it could be good to have the room cool before check in or advice on how to operate as it was ~30 degrees at the time. "

"My family and friends very much enjoyed out stay in the Montreux Holiday Home hosted by Emma & Guillaume.
We appreciated the communication leading up to our stay along with the organized instructions and recommendations during our visit. The home was beautiful and modern as described. It comfortably fit our family of 4 and our 2 friends traveling with us.
The views were stunning with many enjoyable sights including Old Town Montreux, the Chillon Castle, and the Lavaux Vineyards. This VRBO is highly recommended, not only due to the beautiful and convenient location, but also because the hospitality and communication from the hosts. Excellent vacation spot!"
