Amazing Stay - Must visit

It was amazing stay with my family, everyone in my family loved it. Staff of Le Grand Leysin is super best from Reception to Bar to Restaurant, everyone was super amazing and very very helpfull for each and everything. About property, had a wonderful time in jacuzzi with the spectacular view. Superb time I have spent.

I travelled here with my wife and my two children (3&5). We arrived a bit late in the day, and hadn't had lunch. Once we had mentioned we were hungry, the hotel staff phoned up the local pizza restaurant and sorted us out. The staff were simply amazing. The room was fantastic, with stunning views of the mountains. We had a family room, which the kids had their own little level which they loved. The buffet breakfast was another of the many highlights. With a nice range of food and drinks, that were all such high quality. The whole experience felt like a home from home. I will definitely be returning in the future.

眺めが最高に良いホテルです。

見晴らしの良いテラスからの長めも夜の星空も最高でした。ジャグジーの利用出来る時間は9時〜20時サウナは夕方16時〜のみが利用可能なので、夕食の後に利用はできず残念に思いました。受付の方はとても親切です。ダブルルームのお部屋は狭いので長期滞在はお勧めしません。お部屋には常温のお水のボトルがあります。他の飲み物は全て下のバーに注文するようです。 朝食も眺めの良いテラスでいただけるのは最高に気持ちが良いです。

Gutes Hotel wenn man das richtige Zimmer hat

Das Personal und Essen ist super. Leider ist die Familien Suite veraltet und sehr klein. Das Zimmer trägt für mich den Namen Suite zu unrecht. Badezimmer sollte mal modernisiert werden, die obere Schlafmöglichkeit ist maximum für Kinder geeignet. Für eine Erwachsne Person absolut zu klein und Kopfanstossen garantiert.

Schönes Hotel aus Holz, das Dorf ist in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Whirlpool und die Sauna bieten einen herrlichen Ausblick. Grosse Auswahl an Getränken an der Bar, allerdings musste man fast immer aktiv auf die Mitarbeiter zugehen. Frühstück sehr gut mit grosser Auswahl.

Lovely hotel

Lovely over night stay in Leysin! Snow less than seasonal however hotel made up for. Service by Naomi on reception was above and beyond required. Would definitely stay again.

Le chalet hôtel est un très bon choix pour se ressourcer,en pleine nature,convivial,un vrai cocon en famille ou amis avec de belles prestations jacuzzi panoramique,salon chaleureux surtout en cette période de Noël et un petit déjeuner copieux etc ..sans oublier la chambre familiale qui était magnifique et spacieuse avec un décor tout à fait adapté au chalet . expérience à renouveler sans aucune hésitation..

期待してたのにがっかりでした。

山の上にあるので、景色は最高でした。今回はスイート3番の部屋に宿泊しました。家具ベットなどとても可愛くバルコンも付いていましたが残念だった事は、トイレとお風呂が匂う事です。換気扇をずっとつけていましたが悪臭がとても気になりました。 部屋にポットや冷蔵庫がないので部屋でコーヒーや紅茶などを飲めずくつろげませんでした。またサウナを利用できる時間が16時〜21時ととても短く、今回は利用する事が出来ませんでした。予約前に知っていたら予約しませんでした。またチェックインの時に説明がなかったので朝食付きだったそうですが、朝食を食べずこれも後で知ってとても残念に思いました。犬同伴可能なホテルでしたが、犬の宿泊料金を支払っていますが、部屋には犬の水飲みやクッションなどの通常どこのホテルでもあったサービスは何もありませんでした。ビジネスホテル以下のサービスでしたのでとてもがっかりしました。
