Turn off all heating, lighting, ovens, BBQ, fire pit, and TVs. Also, make sure there are no active flames in the fireplace. Re-place any moved furniture.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Smoking is only allowed on balconies. Absolutely no smoking inside the home. Signs of smoking, ashes, and burns will result in $100 minimum fine.
