"The ac went out in room called the front office to have it looked at and no one ever came to fix. There was a roach in the bathroom. And when i went to take a shower my first night there was a used bar of soap left in shower and things from the previous occupants. The bed sheets had what looked like died blood on them"
"Room walls, counter tops, and furniture tops for filthy. Bathroom was molding. Inside of shower curtain was unclean. Room smelled strongly of tobacco. Door lock was flimsy. Tenants were noisy in the parking lot (yelling and fighting) from 6pm to 3 am. Hotel at end of Knoxville airport. So lots of jet noise starting at 3am when Airborne delivery jets depart. Hotel required an additional $50 deposit (still not refunded!). TV sound and image not sync'd. I could do on. Never again!!!!"
"The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel."

"The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. "
"In the middle of downtown Maryville. Shops, restaurants and night life just a step away. Grocery and other shops just a short drive from apartment. Place was clean and had all the amenities of home. Full kitchen, living area and private bathroom make it great for longer stays. Host responded in minutes thru the app and text and was always positive. Also loved that parking was free and right across the street."
"We were so impressed with the unit. The two bedroom worked out very well as our son came from Ohio to meet us there. The apartment was beautiful and so easy for my husband, who uses a walker to get around in. It was a pleasant surprise to have a TV in the one bedroom also, as we are used to sleeping with a TV on. My son and I were able to walk the dogs into town each morning, which gave them a great walk, and it was fun to see the city. The apartment was so convenient to everything we needed. If we ever have a reason to come back to Maryville, we would not hesitate to stay there again. Of course 40 would have to be fixed for us to drive up there again. It was a rough drive!"
