The price was the best in the Knoxville are and the location was near the airport. The staff was satisfactory. Bugs made the room almost unbearable.

Friendly staff at this no frills hotel. The room had clean sheets on a comfy bed, mini-fridge & microwave. I watched the NCAA tournament during my down time. Neighbors were friendly. Conveniently located across the street from Waffle House, Shoney's, and lot's of restaurants. Very close to airport and highways so very easy to get to all of the local attractions. I like to camp so my needs are simple and I was able to rest comfortably at a low price.

Decent bed, tile floor, good water pressure, temperature good, easy check-in. Very basic motel property and rooms. Not accessible from anywhere on foot. The area has no sidewalks. Cannot cross the street (busy highway) nor get very far on the side you're on (not designed for walking, no sidewalks, ditches and other natural obstacles). In the room: insects, peeling ceiling paint, holes in bathtub tile, black spots on caulking. No airport shuttle.

Horrible experience. There was no cleanliness nor good conditions of the room and hotel overall. Very rude people, apart from a lady that works the front desk really early in the morning… she was really nice!!!

Beyond being dilapidated, the chunk of hair stuck in the door hinge, bugs under the bed, and hair on the sheets were too much for me.

This hotel is infested with roaches. I’m almost positive management knows because when I went and said something the lady acted like I was wrong for not wanting to stay in the hotel.

I didnt like the smell in the lobby or the strip lights in the room. The bathroom looked like the bathtub had been refinished poorly and not cleaned behind the bathroom door. The pool looked like it hadn't been open for years. There were bricks in the bottom with no water. We arrived about 1:00 and she did let us check in use til 3:00. When leaving the parking lot the road was so busy that you had to wait forever before you could make a right turn. You couldn't turn left from there because of the center median. There was no way to use the chain lock on the door. The curtains could have been wider. The couch was filthy. The bed is hard.

Ok for what i needed at the time

I arrived late so for what i needed it was ok. Not the worst and not the best. I left early so it served its purpose but Im not sure i would stay there again or for an extensive time.

I don’t recommend staying in this place. They literally don’t clean the rooms. Plus the rooms are really old. I don’t mind being old but being nasty is not a good thing!!!

From the start bad attitude when checking in but we figured he was tired. Got in room an a hole 2 quarter size thru bathroom door as well as the wall, bathroom to beds. No phone, we didnt notice till morning that there was no microwave. Reported twice that day an was told they did there job an told management... we stayed 5 nights non refundable which a property damage thats we knew of an hotel will hopeful give that back, but through our Expedia we had to pay one there also an he was rude about answerin that question. Toilet leaks every flesh reported an no one came. Someone threw up from up top in front of our door. No one cleaned it. No cleaning people on wkends. Curtains bein held by tape. Fridge is miss door holder an a shelf. Pool not filled. No ice machines. No amenities what so ever. No breakfast. Cig buds everywhere in parking an grass not mowed. Furniture badly stained. Sheets dont fit beds. So NEVER goin back an I would never recommend this place oh an tryin to get in/out of that area is impossible on that freeway/highway/interstate.

We walked into our room and it felt like we were walking into a wall of smoke. After two days of staying there, our clothes smelled like smoke when we got home. Also, we needed to HUNT for some toilet paper.

Not a good stay

Upon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpy
