  • Welcome to Blue Bella, a charming 1-bedroom loft in the heart of downtown Maryville, located above Bella Restaurant. Perfect for business travelers or couples, it features a king bed, full kitchen, and a private rooftop patio with city views. The loft is accessed via a secure stairwell with no elevator, and free parking is available across the street. Enjoy the vibrant downtown atmosphere with restaurants and shops nearby. Sound machine and blackout curtains provided for your comfort.
    House Rules

    Thanks for staying with us. A few simple things keep everything running smoothly.

    Registered guests only. Everyone staying overnight must be on the reservation. Day visitors are welcome with advance approval - just message us first.

    No parties or events. This is a residential home, not an event venue. Gatherings beyond your registered guest count are not permitted and will end the stay without refund.

    Maximum occupancy is the guest count on your reservation, including children and infants.

    Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep voices down outdoors and noise inside during these hours, out of respect for our neighbors.

    No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including porches and balconies. A $250 remediation fee applies if the home requires odor treatment.

    Pets only with prior approval. Message us before booking with breed and weight. Unapproved pets are subject to a $150 fee plus any additional cleaning cost.

    Please treat the home as your own. Normal wear is expected. Report any damage or maintenance issue right away - telling us early almost always costs you nothing.

    No illegal activity, no firearms, and no commercial use such as photo shoots, filming, or sales events without written permission.

    Check-in and check-out times are listed on your reservation. Late check-out may be available on request; unapproved late departures may incur a fee.

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was very clean, stylish, and had everything I needed. The downtown location made it easy to walk to great restaurants, shops, and the greenway. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fantastic! Super easy and relaxing in every aspect including parking and accessibility! Host was very friendly and helpful. Great location if you wanna be an adorable suburban area near Knoxville ! Lots to do and great places to eat in your neighborhood but just a quick drive to downtown Knoxville ! 100% would stay here again !

Quaint upstairs apartment, great central location for Downtown Maryville. Looked exactly like the photos, and had all the amenities we needed for the stay. Would definitely recommend!

I did not know the unit was above a restaurant and there were a lot of stairs. The restaurant was not overly noisy, but you could hear it. My husband has a bad knee so the stairs were a bot of an issue. The restaurant downstairs (Bella) was excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming loft apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The location truly could not have been better. We loved being able to step out and explore the town without needing to drive. The loft itself was full of charm and felt welcoming and comfortable throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special place in an amazing location!

There are boutique shops nearby, great restaurants to choose from. Great for young peeps. My only 2 issues were the noise from Bella restaurant below (only Saturday night - but i go to bed early) and 2nd I wish they had a little bit of cover up on balcony patio (to cover a/c units) - Could have some growing ivy plants to block eyesore (but I'm nit picking). Also, patio chairs to sit in. All and all great location for downtown Maryville.

Bella Wonderful!

I stayed in the Bella Loft and ate dinner at the Bella Restaurant and had an amazing stay! The flat had everything I needed and more and the bed was perfection! I do hope I get another reason to go to Maryville again so I can stay here again! The host was so communicative and helpful and the walk around area was so quaint and convenient! I would give them more stars if I could!

Nice place in downtown Maryville with plenty of food and drinks nearby. Only negative of the stay is that the restaurant downstairs stays open quite late, and cleaning can get a bit loud late at night. It wasn't a problem for me, but I could see light sleepers getting frustrated.

Great little space in quaint downtown area. Apartment was comfortable and easy to get to. It is up a flight of stairs with no elevator, so may prove inaccessible for some people. Only real complaint was the noise. The host warned us that, because the apartment is located above a restaurant, we would hear some of the crowd, but advised that it would die down around closing, which it did. Unfortunately (and maybe this was just bad timing), the cleaning crew came in later and started cleaning carpets; the first night from 11:30pm-1:00am, the second night from 12:30am-after 2:00am (along with very loud singing). This was very loud and definitely impacted our sleep.

Great place to stay in Maryville. It was close to several good restaurants. It was also located close to the Great Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. We were also close to the Bronco Off-Roadeo, which is the main reason for our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The noise from the restaurant below did not bother me but my husband was a little more sensitive to the noise. We would definitely stay here again.
